New Beginning - Abstract Art - Two Parts - by Martin Klein

This contemporary sculpture describes the difficulties and the pain that have to be overcome when something comes to an end. At the same time, it portrays the beauty and power that comes with a new beginning. The bronze statue consists of two parts which both have their own meanings. However, without each other, their meanings loose some of their symbolic power. The outer part symbolises the end. Something is broken, a repair would be futile. Yet, from the remains of the old, something new is created. Akin to a phoenix rising from the ashes, the second part symbolises a new beginning which is only possible because the old part vanished.

This exciting contemporary sculpture is situated on a wooden base. It was created by Martin Klein and is limited to 20 pieces.

Like all of the abstract art for sale in our shop, this piece of contemporary art is cast by hand and is subject to our strict quality guidelines during its creation. Additionally, all the sculptures for sale are produced by using the lost wax technique.

Martin Klein (* 1979) is an artist from Bischofswerda. Nowadays, he lives and works in Dresden. In 2005, he finished a degree in business administration, but afterwards studied art at Dresden's Academy of Fine Arts. He paid for his studies by working at an art gallery, where he was able to show his first works. Klein uses several different materials. Aside from bronze figurines, he also creates his works from fibreglass, and he paints acrylic paintings. His art is characterised by a wide range of topics. The clever implementation and unusual design vocabulary of his contemporary art is both innovative and spectacular.
