"Floating Girl" is a recurring figure sculptured and signed by Milo. The delicate female figure is a variation of the "Striding Nude", an impressive scene of the same woman nude. While the latter focuses on the subject of emotion and speed, the former evokes the meditative silence and contemplation. The expressive sculpture is suitable for outdoor use and with the green patina the sculpture seems to be artificially aged and generates a moment of eternity. The sculpture brings an atmosphere of inner peace and cuts a fine figure on private or business premises – such as medical practices or law firms.

The Portuguese artist Milo specializes in the production of modern nudes and animal sculptures. After studying Fine Arts, he gradually established himself as a European-wide-known sculptor. With his wife and his son Pablo, also working as an artist, he lives and works in a suburb of Lisbon.
