The artist Milo, with full name Miguel Fernando Lopez, was born on July 12, 1955 in Lisbon. He was always surrounded by art. His father worked as art dealer. Milo attended the university in Lisbon for studying fine arts. In 1976 he went to Italy for one year. In Venice and in Rome he did his semester abroad. There he got a lot of useful impressions, which influenced his art works. After staying in Italy he began to sell his sculptures. His first customer was a German man. The big success was beginning after the finished study. Today Milo lives in a suburb of Lisbon, Portugal.
