"Bronze Figure - Composer Frédéric Chopin - Signed Milo"
Frédéric Chopin was born near Warsaw in 1810. Already at the age of seven, the first composition of the young Chopin - his “Polonaise in g-minor” - was being published. In 1818 he held his first public performance. The pinnacle of the young artist’s musical education were his studies at the Warsaw Conservatory. In 1830, he created his “Piano Concert No. 2 in f-minor”. Yet, the pianist is soon drawn to France where he lived in Paris from 1831 onwards, composing his “Revolutionary Etude”. The time between 1840 and 1844 can be seen as his most creative period in which he created numerous compositions, e.g. his “Phantasy in f-minor” or his “Sonatas in b-minor”. In 1849, Frédéric Chopin died in Paris.
