Coloured Art Deco Bronze Sculpture - signed - F. Preiss

This coloured Art Deco Sculpture is a high quality bronze figure showing a very thin, dancing woman, who loves her role as ballerina. The sculpture is very impressive thanks to the lovely female motive aswell as the great colourful design. While the sportive dancing lady is stretching and turning her skinny body, the two-coloured marble-base is giving her the perfect stage to perform her dance. “Dancing Woman” is an outstanding, detailed and filigree-created Art Deco sculpture, made of 100% finest bronze that was painted with different colours.

As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.

Art Deco was a design movement during the years 1920 and 1940 and influenced every part of the human life. The Art Deco influenced the architecture as well as the interior design, the jewellery production and the design of ordinary basic commodities. A specific characteristic of this new design movement was the use of different materials like chrome, leather or ivory.
