Product description

"Futurism Bronze Figure - Warrior with Spear - signed U. Boccioni"

Weight 8,6 kg

The futurism bronze figure “Warrior with Spear” is an impressive as well as extraordinary modern art object that was designed by the sculptor Umberto Boccioni. The sculpture is an image of a skinny well shaped javelin thrower who came back from the future. “Warrior with Spear” is a modern Futurism bronze figure that was designed with a unique combination of shapes that return; the thin shape of the spear returns for example at the uniform of the warrior. For underlining the modern touch of this bronze the face was designed anonymous by the artist. Furthermore the sculpture “Warrior with Spear” impresses by the noble material bronze that underlines the abstract touch once more. For the last perfect touch the Futurism bronze was affixed on a solid marble pedestal and signed with the artists’ signature.

As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.
